Anvar M K has over 24 years of experience in Software Product Management, Business Analysis, and ERP Solution Architecture. An MCA degree holder, his special focus is in ERP, and he possesses in-depth knowledge of ERP functions. Anvar is also adept at managing businesses, IT service management, business analysis, product design, improvement, and management. His ERP expertise has enabled him to design, develop, and implement ERP projects successfully for businesses in diverse industries like retail, healthcare, real estate, manufacturing, and hospitality, and currently he is focusing on the healthcare industry, primarily pharmacy and clinic software. He also possesses unparalleled skills in the various ERP modules, and has a robust knowledge of technologies used for them.Software Development Life Cycle and is skilled in UML, PMBOK, Six Sigma and is PMP certified. Possessing a curious and enthusiastic mindset, he is detail-oriented and a fast learner, eager to master emerging technologies and techniques. Anvar is an excellent people person, which can be evinced from his interpersonal skills. His analytical and creative skills are great assets for the company, that allow diagnosing the pain points of clients and delivering optimal solutions. He has 13 years of experience working in diverse industries at some of the biggest names in IT. Highly experienced in all current technologies, Vinoth is a proficient engineer, a highly skilled solution architect, and a dynamic technical team leader. His special talent is in designing software architecture and industry-specific business applications, and developing bespoke web applications. A bachelor’s degree in information Technology from a reputed institute is a testament to his abilities. He steadily rose up the career ladder, gaining experience in various niches before he decided to specialize in healthcare tech. In addition to his strong coding skills, he is an excellent people manager, successfully handling large teams, coordinating with clients and ensuring project success. A quick learner, Vinoth is adept at adapting to new and unusual situations. His in-depth product knowledge is a superb asset for the company. Vinoth has also demonstrated exemplary training skills, and has been instrumental in helping the Development Team at Innsof to learn new technologies. This has significantly contributed to the company’s growth, allowing us to scale operations seamlessly.

With a strong technical foundation, Shamsudheen excels in system analysis and software development. His in-depth knowledge of relational database concepts allows him to design effective and superior databases for ERP solutions, his special area of focus; his product knowledge is second to none in the company. He has a rich experience of over 16 years, in which he has displayed exceptional ability to manage and lead a team, and liaise with customers, forming the crucial link between the team and them to ensure successful completion and delivery of projects. His unmatched knowledge of ERP systems makes him a huge asset to Innsof. He has also played the roles of a functional consultant and system analyst in addition to a database administrator. Through the years, he has upskilled himself, enhanced his communication skills, and demonstrated superb leadership skills.
